“We enjoyed our stay here. They only thing negative is that we had issue with no hot water later at night and early in the morning. Our kids did enjoy the jetted bath tub! We where aware that water park passes were not included(which was fine) however we had called the resort the week before about getting a day pass and was told we could buy them, upon arriving we went to purchase them and their policy changed and they no longer sell day passes. Just an FYI for others”
