“Our experience was very disappointing given the price. Upon arrival, the house was inaccessible—massive snow drifts, fallen branches, and an unplowed lot blocked entry. Kind neighbors helped us clear access. They said the property had looked neglected for some time, contradicting management’s claim it was inspected. The house was severely understocked—only two toilet paper rolls for three bathrooms over multiple nights. Basic supplies shouldn’t be issues at this price point. Cleanliness was poor. While beds and living areas were acceptable, one bathroom had broken cabinets filled with garbage, and drawers contained old socks and trash. Communication with Wisconsin Vacasa was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. For nearly $1,900 for two nights, we expected far better. The neighbors were incredibly helpful, and the owner was lovely. I’d rent directly from her, but strongly recommend avoiding Wisconsin Vacasa-managed properties.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​”
