“Everything was great. House is very clean and spacious.”

“The house was fine, had enough beds and amenities for our purposes. However, I would not recommend this house or any managed by this company. The local agent knew a roofing project was being done on the property and did not notify us ahead of time. When we arrived, there were nails everywhere, hoses, a loud air compressor and lots of banging from nailing etc as part of the roofing process. This continued until 8PM making it difficult to sit outside, grill, enjoy the deck, or the peace and quiet. It took hours for the management company to contact us despite reaching out through the app and sending pics and calling. We were told they would be done soon, that we would be called with updates that never happened and told that the owner was coming to the property. This never happened. Owner lives out of state. We were lied to and they did not follow through w their promises. We hope to receive one full night refund. The area is nice but poorly managed property.”

“Beautiful, comfortable home, clean, and plenty of space for our family group. The basement games and Google music were a hit with the grand-kids. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and we had plenty of bath towels. It was a bit of a walk to the lake and we wish it had been possible to use the kayaks from the dock.”
