“We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning chateau! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible interior design, high-end finishes, and thoughtful attention to detail in every room. The property is expansive and offered plenty of space for everyone to relax, but the standout highlights were definitely the entertainment areas. The game room and private theatre room kept everyone thoroughly entertained and made our evenings truly special. Beyond the gorgeous home, our host was phenomenal. She was proactive, highly responsive, and made the entire check-in and check-out process effortless. You can tell she takes immense pride in hosting and making guests feel welcome. We cannot recommend this place enough and would love to return!”

“Beautiful property with an amazing villa-style design, awesome west-facing views, and plenty of space while still feeling warm and inviting. The host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, for a home at this price point, there were quite a few maintenance issues. We arrived to find one exterior door left open and several insects inside (mostly flies). There are foundation-related issues affecting parts of the patio and interior flooring, some doors didn't close properly, there were gaps around doors and windows and cracks in walls, some stained carpeting, and multiple faucets and appliances that weren't functioning correctly. The home has tremendous potential and we still enjoyed our weekend, but it would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and significant maintenance to keep it looking and functioning beautifully and at the premium level its price suggests.”

“I'm so hesitant to write anything but a 5 star review. However, I wish someone else had written this review, because I wouldn't have booked this Airbnb if I'd known better. Good first: - Communication is excellent. We received detailed instructions that were easy to follow and the host is extremely responsive. - This house is enormous! - The views are gorgeous. - The bedding is surprisingly comfortable and very clean. - Lots of baby amenities! Negatives: - The house is sliding down the hill - the foundation is ruined. There are multiple cracks throughout the house on walls, floor, the deck... everywhere. My husband and father both have worked in housing construction and agree that it is not possible to save or sell. - I think that for this reason, major repairs are not being made to the house. Many of the outside doors are broken. The gas stove and two sinks did not function. The carpets are stained. - The outdoors were also not kept up well. I feel that this listing is not honest.”
