“10/10 location! 10 min walk to Capitol Hill station to get you to Lumen field with out the hassle of trying to find a place to park. Walked to the Space needle and Pike Place (a little over a mile but we don't mind walking)Host was extremely responsive and helped us find local transportation to help us get around!! We traveled with our adult children, we were a group of 7 and had plenty of space. Would stay again 😁”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property with a group of friends. The home was spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully updated with a modern design throughout. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. The location was excellent, with several bars, restaurants, and local attractions within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. Everything was exactly as described, and the property was well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious place in a great location.”

“Rui was the perfect host. Very proactive. We had all the instructions and directions well before we arrived. Nothing left to chance. The place was clean and meticulously kept. Very cozy. Quick in and out access and ideally and centrally located within walking distance of some great places to eat. Definitely recommend this place without reservations.”

“Rui’s place was very clean, very easily accessible. She was very responsive and clear in communication. The home is as represented. A few notes: the only air conditioned spaces are the living space (2nd floor) and one bedroom. The basement bedrooms were very warm. The immediate neighborhood is fine, but 2 blocks away is a large homeless encampment which we passed with every Uber ride. As others noted, the construction is right outside the windows, starts early and blocked one of the roads completely during our stay. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay overall.”

Rui was a terrific host and nothing was too much of a bother when we asked for help. A great stay we would recommend.”

“This is an incredible space! The home is beautifully decorated and spotless! I felt like I was in a luxury space...but also comfortably "at home". The yard is garden oasis, peaceful and inviting. Rui was very proactive with communication, and answered all my questions quickly. Be sure to take a 5min walk down the Street to have breakfast at Both Ways Cafe.”
