“The location was fantastic but there are some caveats that aren't described and could be deal breakers. It was a short drive to anywhere in the city but its also located right off Dexter Ave, a major street with heavy traffic and bus and seaplane noises well into the night. It's surrounded closely by other townhomes, some of which are also STRs, which created a lot of unexpected noise and unpleasant second hand smoke. To me the home is in dire need of a deep clean and actual maintenance; except for the obviously stained couches and rugs, everything looked clean on the surface but were actually a bit grimy, especially the floors that left the bottoms of our feet black. The sheets were all polyester and held on to the heavy scent from detergents. For $300+ per night I expected a lot more. The home did get awesome sun exposure, and the rooftop was great. Our car window was smashed the night before check out and there were no camera coverage since parking was not in front of the unit.”airbnb

“Loved staying at Rui's place! It was in a super convenient and safe location. A few highlights: - Having a garage was AWESOME -- it made it so easy to come and go as needed without searching for parking each time. - Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby and it was super close to the city center (less than 10 min walk). It was also great to be just 4 blocks from the QFC grocery store. - The view from the upstairs bedroom was incredible -- truly stunning both day and night. Also, the bath and closet were huge! - Rui was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which is such an important part of renting on Airbnb. I would absolutely stay at Rui's place again!”airbnb

“Wonderful location and a great place for a large group. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of hang out space. Easy check in and check out and lots of good commuication from the owner. You'll be able to walk to all kinds of nice places for coffee, dinner, as well as a Trader Joe's and a Safeway. There's even off street parking for two cars, if they are small. The bedrooms are just beds and nightstands. Just something to note if you are going to need dressers or desks. We really enjoyed our stay.”airbnb

“We stayed for 4 nights. Rui is very easy to communicate with. She responds very quickly to messaging. The place is immaculate. Clean, all amenities are top of the line, extremely comfortable. The unique floor plan was perfect for us. Lots of privacy when wanted.”airbnb

“PLEASE NOTE! One of the "bedrooms" is "open concept." It doesnt have a closet or a door. Its right off the entrance to the condo, on street level, and shares a bathroom with another bedroom, but there is no door for privacy from the other bedroom. This listing also says 2 of the rooms have 2 full beds each, but those beds are trundle beds. The one in the open concept room has no space to pull out fully, and the one in the actual bedroom had a huge stain on it. I dont think this should be described as 2 full beds. Nor can a room without a closet or door be considered a true bedroom. There is no way this home could sleep 10 people. There are 2 sets of steeper stairs as this is a 3 story condo, so for those with accessibility issues, please keep this in mind. Otherwise this was a lovely home, as long as you are aware of the layout. It was in a great location in Capitol Hill close to restaurants, coffee, and not too long of a walk to downtown Seattle. It was quiet at night.”airbnb

“Many things needed to be fixed. Some could have easily been fixed while we were there but our complaints were not addressed.”airbnb
