“Great stay!”

“This unit was nice enough, however, I have a lot to say about this company (#stayinmydistrict) I stay in hundreds of vacation home rentals and I almost never leave a bad review. I first rented another property of theirs and it was very poorly described and they were very sneaky in hiding it's less than desirable conditions. When I communicated with them about trying to find a solution I was met with a very aggressive response, name calling, rude, inconsiderate and not helpful. The trend with this company is lies and misleading information. Cheap is also the theme, uncomfortable cheap furniture and accessories. They also lied about offering me a refund just to get me out of the property and cancel the booking so I couldn't leave a proper review on the previous property. A lesson I learned from this booking and this company, it's always important to also read the bad reviews, not just the good ones. I would stay far away from any rental with this company's #stayinmydistrict on them.”

“Nice place”

“Stayed a night for a kid’s baseball tournament. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. Clean, stocked kitchen to prepare our own meals. Comfortable quarters. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“This was a great spot for a visit with an out-of-town guest! Perfect small size with a layout that allowed for privacy for each guest, well-appointed with thoughtful touches like a variety of extra blankets in the closets and coffee and tea on the counter, and a nice design aesthetic. I would visit again! The yard is large and well maintained and the furniture and screens on the porch let us make great use of the outside space.”
