Valta Realty reviews in Washington

“Jing’s home is conveniently located near the convention center, but the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, and there isn’t much to do nearby. The building is very outdated. The listing mentions window air conditioning units, but none were in place, and it was quite hot on at least one day of my stay, which made it uncomfortable. Check-in was also confusing. I was given a code for the main door but no other instructions. When I asked how to get into the unit, I was told it was unlocked with the keys inside. As a woman traveling alone who arrived late, I found this unsettling, especially with posters in the elevator asking residents to report a suspicious man. I was very uneasy. The couch was also missing a leg, and I nearly tipped over backwards when I sat down. Aside from the convenient location, I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Gorgeous sunrise view of the lake and mountains. Cute loft structure and big patio to relax.”

“Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view. As a weekend escape to celebrate a 40th birthday, this was exactly what we were looking for, it exceeded our expectations. Visiting in early October, it was perfect for enjoying the sunset and sunrise over the lake in a quiet setting. The weather cooperated and we really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub as well.”
