“For the price point, this place will get the job done for your beach vacation. We felt a bit misled regarding the state of the home based of the description and photos alone. This place is in need of updates and a serious deep clean, which they were forthcoming about in the guest book they keep in the home, but not on the listing itself. Would be happy to return once this home gets its much needed updates, as the location and property really is wonderful.”

“Don’t fall for the pics! This is down a narrow path with a certified Karen living next-door gets upset if you simply walk down the public road. trash cans or a quarter mile away there’s no turnaround for large vehicles and the house was filthy. I would suggest to stay away from this one.”

“The location of the home was excellent, with beautiful unobstructed water views, passing ships, and even seals visible during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. There were a few maintenance and upkeep issues that affected our experience. Communication regarding an early check-in request, some furniture and fixtures felt worn, loose and had stains, and the backyard was much more overgrown than expected, with lawn tools left out in the fenced area. Since the outdoor space was an important factor for us, more accurate listing photos would have been helpful. Overall, the property has a lot of potential because of its location and views, but could benefit from more attention to upkeep.”
