“We arrived after check-in and the cleaning lady was still there. She was there for 2.5 hrs after check-in cleaning the bathroom. Other than that, our experience was good. Comfy beds and great location. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the jacuzzi. Had no issues parking our car in the street.”

“Very disappointing stay, especially for a luxury lake house where the outdoor area and lake view are a major reason to book. When we arrived Friday, the backyard was full of construction debris, wood, and nails, making it unsafe and unusable. Construction continued through Saturday and was not finished until around 1–2 PM Sunday , so we could not enjoy the backyard for most of our stay. We also had a sink leaking over the laundry area. Someone came to repair it and he went 2 time to Home Depot to find the correct faucet, but the sink was still leaking after he left. On Wednesday, someone also came to the door regarding a termite inspection, adding another disruption. We flew from the East Coast to the West Coast expecting to enjoy this beautiful property, especially the outdoor space. The property management offered only $750, which we did not feel fairly reflected the disruption. We requested a 50% refund, which we believe is reasonable, and the matter is now being handled by Airbnb”
