“Amazing house!”

“The guesthouse is located in a beautiful and quiet area of Anacortes. The location offers a large, open outdoor area of grass and beach- perfect for kids. The guesthouse is small but a great, simple space for one family. There was some lack of attention to detail- such as hand soap not being filled up, old coffee grounds being left, and some improvement needed in sweeping/vacuuming. But overall, it’s a lovely space and comfortable.”

“10/10 We'd absolutely stay here again! The home looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked, the gas stove works great, and the book selection was fantastic, we read three during our stay. The sun shades offer plenty of privacy found on the outside of the windows, though we left them open to enjoy the view. The wildlife was unforgettable. We watched three harbor seals every day (we named them Milo, Ben, & Jerry), along with Canadian geese, herons, fish, countless crabs visiblefrom the porch, and even nesting bald eagles. The island is peaceful, walkable, & was a great base for day trips to Cape Flattery, Mount Rainier, and Seattle. There were a few minor cleanliness issues (some unwashed pans and stained pillows), but nothing serious enough to affect our stay. We simply washed what we needed. We also loved that there wasn't a TV, it made it easy to unplug and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, we loved the home and the environment and will very likely return.”

“Absolutely loved the cottage. We stayed for four nights for a World Cup game and it was such a peaceful retreat! House was clean and comfortable. Stayed with our two kids who loved the loft. The private patio was great for reading and relaxing. We walked to the beach at Hawley Cove every evening when the kids needed to get energy out. Would absolutely love to stay here again.”
