This three bed house worked out well for our visit. It was clean and well presented.

This home has alot of potential. Quiet, nice location close to shops and the light rail, freeways etc. A few issues arose during our stay. When we arrived there all the trash and recycling bins were overflowing and bags of trash were also on the ground. I made the host aware of this, but it was not resolved during our 4 day stay. The bulb beside the bathtub was about to go out with flickering and dimness, again not resolved. We ended up fixing ourselves. A few niceties like bedside lamps and oven mitts, some extras in the kitchen would have made the stay more enjoyable and convenient. The last issue is the downstairs level (also a Air BnB I think) only has a door at the bottom of the internal stairwell separating the two levels. We could hear the people downstairs very clearly and I am sure they heard us. Some further insulating properties would help with this.

Comfortable beds, kitchen worked well, loved the master shower. I really enjoyed this place. Couch was not very comfortable but nice big tv. It was nice to have the master bedroom and bath on the other side of the house from the second bedroom.

Ming’s place is the perfect spot for our family gathering. Everything was very close and convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay.

The room was spotless and bright, with high-quality appliances—the washer, dryer, and dishwasher were all great brands and worked perfectly. If you’re driving, it’s only about a 20-minute ride to downtown Seattle. Without a car, you’d need to take a bus followed by the light rail, so having a vehicle makes things much easier. Within walking distance, there’s a QFC supermarket, along with a Starbucks, Subway, gasoline station, etc. A 15-minute drive gets you to several larger grocery stores, including 99 Ranch Market, T&T Supermarket, Trader Joe’s, and WinCo. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay that added a lovely touch to our Seattle trip.
