“I've been coming to Maggie lake my entire life, but this the first time utilizing Airbnb for a stay. the cabin was beautiful with lots of charm, well stocked and in a perfect location! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone for stay”

“This is a lovely cabin in a beautiful location. Please note, however, that the wood stove contributes significantly to heating the cabin so some knowledge of stove use is helpful. Unfortunately there was no kindling or fire starter provided, and only small hatchets making it difficult to split the large pieces of wood on our own. We ended up driving back to town for newspaper and kindling. Every other aspect of this rental was picturesque, relaxing, and enjoyable.”

“Had a wonderful time (great memories), beautiful lake (peaceful), but boy what a hike from the house down to the lake! (biggest complaint) [also unsafe with stakes sticking out of ground]... and while we enjoyed the firepit, no view of lake from firepit... lots of available firewood (big plus). the pedal boat can have been handled better (the kids had to bail out water before using it). and the ropes tieing the dock and the pedal boat were horrible. but regardless still had a great time.! and we did use the propane bbq but I was disappointed that there was no grill brush to clean it prior to our us. and the ONLY kitchen utensil I had an issue with was can opener.”

“I went there with a few of my friends for a guys trip. I had some initial booking issues that were unrelated to Vacasa, so I called them and they were very helpful. The place was awesome. Exactly what we were looking for. Some people were complaining about the cleanliness of the cabin.. but you have to realize that this is an older cabin in the woods that is primarily heated by a wood stove. Of course there is going to be some dust here and there. The kitchen was stocked super well, it had everything we needed to cook for every meal. The firepit outside was also very nice (even though we didnt use it as it was raining during our whole stay) A Vacasa rep came to grab our trash on our 2nd day and was super friendly. Overall, great stay!”
