“We really love this location. Overall the house was a great find, it was clean upon entry (with one exception) and everything was as described. However, the first thing we noticed was that we couldn't take our toddlers outside to play in the excessively tall grass and due to general uncleanliness in the common walk areas. We also noticed during a couple very cold nights that the heat was out in the lower wing of the home making it unbearably cold for the other family that was staying with us. The garbage piled up and there was no clear overflow for it anywhere within or with an extra trash can. When we tried to communicate this to find a solution we either got the same "thanks for bringing this to our attention, we'll see what we can do," or when we called the local number we got an unattended phone line and left a voicemail that was never returned. Overall, it's a beautiful location and home with a little to be desired from management.”

“Our son lives across the street and knows owners. All we did was sleep there, as all entertainment at dons house. Queen beds upstairs were all comfortable. No one dared sleep in the tiny beds with springs sticking out. Seemed like torture devices and every twist and turn would be broadcast. You seriously have to replace those junior beds with anything more in keeping with a quality rental, General! Otherwise it was exactly what we ordered. Downstairs sofa was super comfy I was told.”

“This is the second time we stayed at this location and we’re very happy with it. It is short drive to Chambers bay which is a great open park with great water and sunset views! The house itself is spacious with a nice lower level that has a TV and work friendly desk - includes various chargers, adjustable desk and chair.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible ant infestation. We rented this home during our wedding weekend and had nothing but issues from the start. The towels and bedspreads were visibly stained. The door code box died and we were given inaccurate instructions on how to access the home after. However, the ants are truly what ruined our stay. We were supposed to hold a post wedding brunch for our family. We bought pastries and a specialty cake from a bakery about an hour away. When we woke up in the morning ants had taken over the kitchen. The boxes were filled with ants, they were dripping down the sides, climbing the walls of the kitchen and falling from the ceiling. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our brunch as the house wasn’t clean enough to host in. It’s a true shame as the home itself is beautiful, in a wonderful neighborhood, easily accessible to everything you would want in Tacoma. It’s too bad the company renting the house is going to run it into the ground.”
