The property is conveniently located near Bonneville Dam in Stevenson. The house is older but has the basic necessities. Cleanliness was average, and the outdoor area was somewhat cluttered. Parking was confusing, as the designated spot appeared to be part of the side yard. The low rating is primarily due to poor communication from the property owner/manager. We accidentally left a bag of laundry behind and reported it immediately through the app. Despite an initial acknowledgment, we received no further response. We also contacted the property management company, which confirmed they created a ticket and notified the owner/manager. The app states that forgotten items can be shipped at the guest’s expense, and we offered both to pay shipping costs or return to pick up the bag ourselves. More than a week later, we still have not received any update. At this point, we have little hope of recovering our belongings. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property

The view was absolutely breathtaking of the Columbia River. The location was perfect for my family and friends since we wanted to visit Mt. St. Helen trials plus explore the Columbia River Gorge. Also, don’t skip out on going to the Bonneville Hatchery. The airbnb was well stocked with essentials and the grocery store was close.
