“It is clean. It was really great having a kitchen, washer and dryer. The location is downtown so there is a lot to do nearby. The downsides were Other guests were up late in the courtyard and the windows allow a lot of sound in. Be aware that one toilet does not work at all and you will be cleaning up water off the floor after every shower because the shower curtain was placed too high.”

“Excellent location and quiet neighborhood with a Huckleberry Grocery store right across the street. Cute little unit but missing a few basics like dish towels and cutlery. I think a different cleaning service could make the place a real shining star because the current one appears to be quite lacking or bailed in the middle of cleaning the unit. Personal communication instead of automated response was warranted in this case. Still a very nice place overall.”

“Perfect place for what I needed. Nice and quiet and the location is great. My only feedback is to ask them to turn on the AC before check-in. It was 99° outside when I arrived and super hot for hours. After that it stayed pretty cool for the rest of my trip. I liked how secure the building was, so helpful when traveling alone.”
