“The place lacks maintenance. Kitchen cabinet doors falling apart, stool for table is broken, the pictures posted of the bathroom are not accurate, as few people reported before me the kitchen lacks the basics to cook a meal. There are only 2 hangers in the closet. The TV has grid lines in the bottom, it took several trials to turn the AC on. Other than that the place is in a safe neighborhood. My frustration with leaving reviews and recommendations for many Airbnb I have stayed over the years is that if the owner doesn’t do anything to correct why bother???”

“Our apartment smelt super bad like nasty sewage the whole 7 day stay! There wasn't shampoo and conditioner as it said on the post! The washer was broken! And when going to check in had a hard time had to call aakash due to not being able to get into lock box for the fob and last but not least after I had checked out and I was checked out before 10 am I was messaged and told that I wasn't checked out and that there was someone in the apartment still which was not possible due to me checking out and putting fob back in lock box as asked”

“It is clean. It was really great having a kitchen, washer and dryer. The location is downtown so there is a lot to do nearby. The downsides were Other guests were up late in the courtyard and the windows allow a lot of sound in. Be aware that one toilet does not work at all and you will be cleaning up water off the floor after every shower because the shower curtain was placed too high.”

“Minimalist but clean and efficient place in a great neighborhood. I am marking 3/5 as I was quite frustrated that the host chose not to accommodate my request, made four days in advance, to shorten my stay by one night in order to return home in time for an unexpected surgery scheduled for a close family member.”

“Wouldn’t recommend for a stay with a child.Traffic in and out of building lingering in hallways and in front of building,a odor in building ,hallways not clean and front door jammed leaving building /front door knob to apartment loose.Would never book again”

“Host is inconsiderate and lacks common sense and hospitality. Very confusing and stressful check out experience. Apartment is cheap and overpriced. We didn’t have appropriate bedding, towels were wet and musty, and the living room furniture was very uncomfortable, should be able to provide a more professional , welcoming, and comforting experience for $400 per night, and only a 12 hour stay. Do not recommend and regret staying here.”

“I wish i had read the reviews before i booked. My main issue was that the WiFi did not work. The host is also not very helpful with fixing the WiFi, just repeats to retry the password. Since the WiFi didn’t work the TV also didn’t work. The parking lot is a paid parking lot about two blocks for the space. Per the host there is supposed to be a parking pass on the kitchen table but for my stay there wasn’t one. The apartment is also on the third flow. The place is good if you’re going in and out or just need a place to sleep only. If you need dedicated space to work fr a while this may not be the best choice.”

“There were several issues with this house. Burned out light in bathroom, toilet seat moves 4” side to side, dirty ceiling fan, bad smelling extra blankets, poor towels, no bath products, no kitchen towels, bare essentials period. Very hard bed. Not clean. Was not an enjoyable place to end your day. I tried calling the host but got his assistant who I could not understand after repeated tries. No one called me back. This unit needs to be better cared for.”

“I had a very disappointing stay at this Airbnb. Upon arrival, the unit was extremely dirty with trash everywhere, including under the couch and under the beds in the bedroom. The couch was broken, there were holes in the walls, and the toilet paper holder was broken. There was also a severe roach infestation. I reported everything immediately and requested proper pest control, but instead a handyman was sent who used over-the-counter chemicals without notifying me of what was being used. I had informed the host that I have a service animal, and after the chemicals were used, my service animal became ill and began vomiting. The host’s communication was poor throughout. The issues were not properly resolved, and the unit did not meet basic cleanliness or safety standards. I would not recommend this listing.”

“I definitely think twice before booking this place it’s nothing like the pictures the one room had 2 frames on top of each other from which my daughter fell and nothing they didn’t even change it I was in a desperate situation with kids looking for a place otherwise I would’ve stay a single day but I had to suck it up and deal with it”
