Vacasa in Snoqualmie Pass, Washington

“While I hate leaving bad reviews, I feel like I need to. I’m a working mom of 2 young kids and wanted to find a cabin I could both relax in & catch up on work, unbothered (something I literally NEVER get time to do). From the time I arrived, the WiFi extender was not working, making the WiFi completely unusable. I reached out starting the evening of my first night and on 6 separate occasions to get it fixed— all with genetic answers not applicable to the house (I had no access to the modem to reset it). I was told Saturday early am when I reached out for a 2nd time that the local “team” would be notified. By the time I checked out on Monday, not a single person from the “local team” had contacted me, despite me making multiple attempts. I used my own hotspot the entire weekend to complete my work, all at a cost to me despite WiFi being listed as a basic amenity offered. The lack of response by a real person was more than concerning— what if it had been a water or electric issue?!?”

“We loved our stay. The home was beautiful and a great layout for our family of six. The property felt secluded and nestled amongst the beautiful pine trees, making it feel magical especially when it snowed :) Super close to the ski resorts, which was very convenient. The host was accommodating to our requests, which was also appreciated. Thanks again!”
