“Very good deal for what you pay for, specially the location is so good. 5 mins walk to good grocery, McDonald’s, safeway,lots of other. Good street tacos at the corner of safeway too. Things to notice the dryer was broken, so if you are staying for long days make sure everything works, water was dripping from basement floor ceilings when we took shower & used the dishwasher.”

“This is a lovely house nestled in the midst of nature, with peace and quiet. The amenities were great with lots of reserve supplies and the kitchen was stocked enough to cook up a homely meal. My family of 5 had a great stay with ample room and privacy. Felt like home!”

“Beautiful views and a nice outdoor space, but unfortunately the stay was disappointing overall. The AC was not connected on arrival, and communication with Vacasa was frustrating and inconsistent. We received incorrect information about the property and spent hours trying to reach someone who could actually help. While the AC was eventually fixed, the experience fell well below what we expect from a professionally managed rental. There were also several maintenance and cleanliness concerns. The kitchen was missing basic cooking utensils, the bathroom was not particularly clean, and there was noticeable pet hair and dander on the bedding. The sheets were scratchy, the bedroom blinds provided very little light blocking, most windows were missing screens, and all closets were locked for owner storage, leaving limited space for luggage. Avoid this rental unless it’s your only option and you’re ok with these drawbacks.”

“Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a strong musky odor and visibly dirty floors throughout the home. The main entryway was covered in sand and mud. After removing our shoes as requested, we went upstairs and within minutes my son’s white socks were completely brown from the floors. The condition of the home made it clear it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. There was visible dust and hair throughout, dirty sheets, food left in kitchen drawers, and even waste on the upstairs deck. When my son spilled water and I wiped it up with a kitchen towel, the towel turned brown from the dirt on the floor. I contacted Vacasa Arizona within 15 minutes of arrival and provided photos and a detailed explanation of the situation. I was told the issue would be escalated and someone would follow up. Unfortunately, we never received any response during our stay. I had no choice but to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the home myself to make it livable. It wasn’t until the day”
