“This beautiful home is even better than the pictures! Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, incredible views and instant response time from the host. We would love to do a repeat!”

“There is a lot to love about this home. The Puget Sound view is beautiful, and the large windows and multi-level patio showcase it wonderfully. The house was exceptionally clean, with lovely decor, comfortable beds, great showers, a professional oven/stove, gas fire pit, and fresh blueberries from the yard. The quiet neighborhood was convenient to restaurants and activities without constantly fighting Seattle traffic. Unfortunately, maintenance and management did not match the home’s quality. The hot tub jets did not work. Stairway and primary bathroom lights also stopped working; management suspected a tripped breaker but said it would not be addressed until after checkout, creating a safety concern. We also purchased and replaced batteries in 8 chirping smoke detectors; 2 still had to be disconnected. We also managed 3 owner package deliveries. Things break, but timely attention is key. With more responsive management, this could be an exceptional rental we would consider again.”

“One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in. The view is breathtaking. The home itself was exactly what we needed, and the hosts were great. We had a small issue with the door code at check-in, but the hosts were super responsive and took care of it right away. Only issue we had was finding decent places to eat in the surrounding area. In hindsight, we probably should’ve asked the hosts for suggestions.”

“This house is really wow! If anything, the photos don’t do it justice. It is really luxe and the outside area and view are to die for. Really accessible to downtown Seattle and lots of other places to visit like Edmonds or on the ferry to Richmond. Stay here- you won’t regret it!”

“The home and location were beautiful with amazing views of the mountains and Puget Sound! Was very peaceful and relaxing, a great place to come back to between sightseeing and visiting family in the Seattle area. Downtown Edmonds is about 10-12 minutes away and has good restaurants and shops to browse. We had a few issues during our stay but the host was very responsive and handled them quickly. My favorite part of our stay was enjoying the beautiful view both from the numerous outdoor seating areas and the full wall of windows and patio doors that overlook the back of the property.”
