“READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING. This place has pros, and lots of cons. Pros: central location that is easily reachable; nice (though dated) building; communicative host (to the point of aggressive). Cons: VERY dated condo in need of serious reno. Disgusting carpets. LOTS of very brazen drug use on the block, causing safety issues (ex: 2 drug users started getting into a fight over money, with me in between as I walked down the middle of the street). Paint chipping everywhere. Very uncomfortable furniture. Laminate floors coming up. Mold in laundry room. Sheets were threadbare they were so old. Hosts are VERY aggressive in wanting personal details (flight times, numbers, contacts, etc) and photos of place when you leave. Lots of fine print in house manual, with steep fines. Oh and the view posted in the photos is a side shot off the balcony, you’ll mostly be staring at a cement wall across the way. Summary: we won’t be wasting money on this overpriced (and not great) place again.”

“Had a great time... my first time in Seattle! Great location, near good food and everywhere I wanted to go as well as main attractions. At the same time gives a feeling of not being in the heart of the city congestion. Great check in, felt comfortable and safe. Definitely would stay again when I visit the city soon. I chose this location for two reasons: 1. The price point was reasonable with free parking, unlike local hotels. 2. The location was great. So I canceled my hotel and booked here. Only negative is that the bed linen did not smell fresh. There were an extra set in the closet. All in all.... thanks for having me. Vernon”

“The unit itself was nice and in a great location, but the overall experience was much more stressful than expected. There are a lot of rules, frequent automated messages, and check-in requires coordinating a very specific arrival time with someone in person. Checkout was especially frustrating. Someone showed up around 10:50 wanting to photograph the unit even though checkout was at 11 and we were still packing. You also need the key to exit the garage, but must leave the keys inside, so we had to move the car, find parking, then walk back upstairs to return them. I understand many of these may be building rules rather than the host’s, but altogether it made a short vacation stay feel unnecessarily restrictive and stressful. The unit itself was not the problem. Simplifying the procedures and reducing the constant reminders would make the experience much better.”

“It was clean and well taken care of. The unit had a centeral location to downtown. Perfect for a business stay”

“Location is amazing— we actually planned on getting a car but didn’t need one bc everything is in walking distance (or scooter distance). Target, mall for shopping, beautiful Seattle Public Library, Space Needle, Market and everything in between. Building was extremely safe for two solo female travelers. Felt safe walking in area. Was nice to have a true home base vs a hotel. After 15k steps each day, we came back and watched a movie in the living room before bed. Would love to come to this property again in future.”
