“I believe it was more of a glorified studio than a two bedroom condo. There was a makeshift bedroom off of the living room with pocket doors and then upstairs with the other bedroom, but the wall was open to vaulted ceilings above the living room, so there was not much privacy for either bedrooms”airbnb

“The Airbnb is in a great location, within walking distance of Pike Place, the Space Needle, etc. The hosts were also responsive throughout our stay whenever issues came up. There are a few things future guests should know. Because of the central location, street noise at night is very noticeable, and the condo does little to block it out, so light sleepers will struggle. Check-in was also frustrating. We were asked to text 30 minutes before arrival so someone could meet us, but we still waited about 10 minutes outside despite being told they’d be there. The interaction afterward felt dismissive rather than apologetic. The biggest issue was cleanliness in the bathroom. We found mildew on the ceiling, and resolving it took multiple maintenance visits and a significant amount of our time. Bleach was used, leaving a very strong smell, and the fan provided to air out the unit was covered in dust. While the hosts eventually replaced it, the overall experience was disappointing.”airbnb

“I have stayed in many Airbnbs all over the world and never left a bad review but I’m compelled to do so because this was one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed in. Location is fantastic, in the heart of downtown and while the check in / check out process is a little involved, the greeter was great and instructions were clear. I couldn’t sit on the couch because it was so badly stained! It’s clear the owner has not maintained the unit, it was so run down that it ruined our experience in Seattle. Didn’t see the point of notifying the host because it was so disgusting.”airbnb

“Definitely marijuana smell everyday in bathroom! Lots of water damage in the bathroom! Carpets are filthy. My white socks weren’t white on the bottom anymore! Big stains on the mattress protectors, we questioned if they’ve been washed the first one you couldn’t take off.”airbnb

“Location was great. Kitchen wasn't very well stocked but worked. Owners were not forthcoming with the pool being closed, which was disappointing.”airbnb

“My only issue were the towels. The towels smelled like damp sitting water.”airbnb

“Pros: LOCATION gym (we used daily) the rare 2nd bathroom (most other Airbnb choices have 2 bedrooms only 1 bath) - crutial for us, a party of 5. Cons: 2 twin beds are extremely uncomfortable (spring mattresses, living room removable floor mattress was far less painful, though not painfree) pool and hot tub under construction bbqs (on both rooftop decks) unusable even after having front desk look into them TV has no cable and only free apps (all the content for your money's worth...) hair trigger hot water for shower (cold or burnt merely millimeters apart) - small kids beware”airbnb

“It was ok, felt duped by having pool listed in the title and then the pool being closed the entire time, caveat emptor. Walkable, but you’re in between areas, so everything is a walk.”airbnb
