“It was a fine stay. Plushy was responsive with instructions but not what I would consider a host. Hard to locate trash bags, paper towels, and no extra towels for guests. The ac upstairs was not working but the ac downstairs cooled down quickly.”

“Overall, the house worked for our trip, but there were a few issues that kept it from being what we expected. The outdoor space was the biggest disappointment. Based on the listing, we expected to be able to enjoy the backyard, but that wasn’t available during our stay. There were also some maintenance and comfort issues, including a broken ice dispenser and a heating system that made it difficult to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. We appreciate that the host worked with Airbnb and provided a partial refund after we raised our concerns. While the house met our needs, there are a few areas that could be improved.”
