“Spacious private townhouse has everything we needed in living and bedrooms and lot of kitchen utensils. Some of the utensils were dirty and the chairs of the dining table were loose with stains. Downstairs was cold. Loved private parking spot and location. Didn't like AI texting communication, would prefer a human for a more flexible communication.”

“We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this Eastside home, which boasts a fantastic location. The corner lot provided excellent privacy, and having a reserved parking spot along with ample visitor parking was a definite plus. One thing to note for future guests is the heating situation. The furnace is located in the attic, causing the upstairs to heat up quickly while the downstairs dining area took a considerably longer time to reach a comfortable temperature. This might be something to consider, especially during colder months. We also encountered an issue with locking the main door when we left the property and couldn't figure out the mechanism. The kitchen was somewhat sparsely equipped with plates and dishes. We found ourselves needing to run the dishwasher with half loads twice a day, which was a bit inconvenient for a weeklong stay. Despite these points regarding heating, the door lock, and kitchenware, we had a positive experience overall and appreciated the location and privacy.”
