Vacasa in Quilcene, Washington

“The area was beautiful and location could have been. The reviews in the past are legit and can get worse. Cleanliness is real problem. We arrived at 4pm to blood all over bed, pillows, and towels. Dirt, grass, and pet hair all over and inside bed. Communication went out to Vacasa right away- they would reach out to someone local. I was told by three different text messages. No one reached out, There’s no one local. A “covering manager” at 10 pm said they’d tried to have someone the next day. When trying to get updates Vacasa staff had no idea what I was talking about but indicated they’d let a local contact know. We had nothing to shower with and bought our own blankets. I spent a lot of our vacation trying to get new linens at the very least or a refund. No response. Eventually the afternoon of the 2nd day we got new bedding. Cleanliness, customer service, and communication are unacceptable here. I wish you were able to add pictures so others have idea of what went unaddressed.”

“The place was as described but we were dissapointed. The television was there but was not linked to any channels or streaming services. The water in the shower only ever got luke warm. The beds were comfortable and otherwise the place was as described. We felt the check-in time of 4pm and checkout time of 10am was very tight and did not receive any accommodations when we asked for an earlier check-in or later check out which would have made our stay much more enjoyable. I felt like I was talking to a robot when communicating with the company.”

“This property is back off the highway and very clean in a park like setting. The rooms are very small. The bed was comfortable. The heater didn't work so the was room was rather cold during our stay. If not for lack of heat I would have given 5 stars. But we notified the manager and they said it would be addressed. They didn't offer to compensate us in anyway.”

“walked in and immediately regretted only booking a single night instead of a longer stay. would have been a great base for a long weekend of hiking in the Olympics. was expecting a motel, but they did a great job with renovation, so it's clean and modern. only note is that it'll take several toilet flushes to get floaters to sink.”

“Badass spot. Must stay. As a cyclist riding the XWA, having a secure spot for bikes and laundry was a dream. Cold plunge and sauna was the cherry on top.”
