“Great Location! Close to small town (Port Gamble) with miles of amazing mountain biking trails, along with a great bike rental store (Olympic Outdoor Center). Small cafes with coffee, sandwiches, and desserts close by. House was beautiful with a lot of natural wood, cool architecture, artwork, and amazing view. Easy access to beach. We had a great vacation and felt a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life! Enjoyed board games each night (quite a challenge to engage teenagers, but they were in a great mood on this vacation). Suggestions sent to Valta Realty were well received: The house was a bit cold in late March, but there were supplemental heaters in the closet. Dishwasher didn’t work very well despite rinsing dishes prior to loading, but there was dish soap to hand wash. Bath towels were a little small but there were plenty of them. Directions were a little confusing depending on what direction you’re coming from. Just remember to turn North into the driveway.”

“The photos are accurate of the space and our family of 5 + dog was comfortable here. As in other reviews, the amenities are seriously lacking. It felt like this great space had been supplied like a budget motel. Heating units- not all worked Towels-just enough,no extras, small and some tattered. Kitchen pans-nearly all unusable Window coverings-none in the master BR/bath (could see neighbors) Outdoors-long grass, debris in the yard and broken down chairs that should be discarded. We asked early to mow, but it didn't get resolved. Deck was not swept and patio furniture was filthy-could not use Stairs to water are dangerous - slippery and missing stairs American flag completed shredded No tissue, dollar store dishsoap, little extra TP The home is a nice mid-century modern. Water views, very peaceful, covered parking-just what we needed for time to recharge. Access to nearby towns for groceries, restaurants. By investing not much $, this place could be fantastic! Overpriced.”
