We had a wonderful stay, such a beautiful view. I spent a lot of time outside on the deck, enjoying the wildlife and surroundings. 🙏

It was clear that the people that they have running the Vacasa. We’re doing the very bare minimum. The place was fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Home was cozy and clean, just had a bit of a cigarette smell inside. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, bathrooms and bedrooms well stocked and tidy. Hot tub was not functional for most of our trip (was fixed while we were there) but is set up well and a great addition to a vacation spot. Overall, we had a great time here!

The description for the home did not mention that you have to go down 10 precarious stone steps to reach the front door. Older folks and those with mobility issues would not be able to stay here. We felt anxiety everytime we had to leave or arrive at the house due to this and would not have rented it had we known. The directions provided to enter and exit the home were not correct. The directions for accessing the internet were not correct and instructed us to connect to a wifi network that did not exist. Once we did figure out the correct wifi network, we had to repeatedly provide an email address to access it multiple times each (up to 5 times a day to even watch television) which was time consuming and frustrating. Also, when we reported these issues to Vacasa, they did not to seem to understand and were flippant in their response which made it even more frustrating. The only reason I am giving them a 2nd star is that they did refund us some money for an internet outage
