“We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We hope to come back again.”

“Do NOT stay at this property. If you have an emergency or any urgent issue, don't expect to reach the host. You're completely on your own. Before check-in, we asked if we could store our groceries in the refrigerator so they wouldn't spoil, and we received a message saying it was okay. However, when we arrived after check-in, all the food we had bought for our 4-day stay had been thrown away. The host was impossible to reach and kept saying they were "looking into it." In the end, they blamed us. Even worse, they also threw away our portable camping stove and our bag instead of contacting us to return our belongings The towels were folded and put away while still damp, there were no kitchen towels, and we had to use toilet paper from the bathroom in the kitchen. We paid $1,700 for a 3-night stay, which was far from cheap. The experience was so disappointing that we left after only 2 nights, and of course, we received no refund. Terrible customer service. !!!!”

“We had such a wonderful experience at Vacasa’s airbnb! We got everything we needed for our stay and the view was spectacularly worth it every morning. We mostly did a lot of water activities in lake Chelan, and the drive to Chelan was 25-30mins, which wasn’t bad at all. We definitely come back if we have another Chelan trip in the future!”
