“Loved the amenities provided in the space and the outdoor area was beautiful with the campfire pit. The kayaking equipment was accessible and easy to locate. The place was great at entertaining younger family members with the provided games and others enjoyed the lakeside view. My only hesitation for not giving a full 5 star review, was the level of cleanliness. Upon arriving there was some hair in the bedding and pillows that had to be washed. The kitchen faucet handle was broken and water would drip, had to reach out to customer services. The team was great and responsive, had a local maintenance person come by the following day to assess the situation. There was dust/trash under the couches(only found out after moving them to get a toy that rolled under) and other areas in the unit.”
