“The actual property is great. Access to a public dock, fully fenced property, good amenities, very clean. Three reasons I subtracted a star. 1) it was almost impossible to get the private mooring buoy details. Emailed a bunch of times and got a AI response every time that was just a generic response. The actual property manager was very helpful but you don’t get to talk to them until just before check-in. 2) A bunch of board ends are sticking up on the huge wrap around deck. I stumbled on them a couple times, as did my mom and toddler. Definitely could use some maintenances. 3) The listing mentioned a large shade umbrella for use but all the handles to operate it are missing making it pointless.”
