“Enjoyable stay.”

“Great location and easy to get to. Yard is completely unusable covered in goathead thorns/stickers. Extremely dangerous for pets and kids these are painful and are in clusters not visible till they are in a foot, hand or paw.”

“It’s hard to advertise that the property is older and not that aesthetically appealing, but it might be helpful for people to know. I think they have done a good job making it nice for what it is. It’s important to us to have a clean place to stay and enough kitchen utensils and supplies to make meals. Both of those things were met (just a few minor cobwebs in the on lighting fixtures). Also, it does take awhile to get to the beach if you are willing to walk through a not so easy path. We ended up just driving the next day.”

“The location is excellent—five minute walk to the beach with restaurants nearby. However, the unit itself needs significant work before it's ready for guests. The smart lock didn't work on arrival and there is a dog smell that greets you. Appliances are way past their useful life. There are no window screens, which led to constant insect problems. Without blackout curtains, the bedroom became unbearably hot at sunset. The Wi Fi was unreliable for the first two days, the Roku won't connect to streaming apps, and the fridge door won't stay closed. Bedroom two lacks windows entirely and is dark and poorly ventilated, and the western bedroom blinds don't function. These aren't minor issues—they significantly impact the stay. The electric fireplace was broken as well. Compared to other properties this property falls short and I trust the host will get the unit up to standards. New appliances and screens hopefully asap.”
