“Beautiful views, nice deck. They have mostly all you need. Beds were extremely squeaky with your very move, and some amenities need to be checked out by the owners (needed more gas for outdoor fireplace.)”

“Before the trip, Vacasa/Airbnb did a great job communicating and setting us up for the trip. The house was clean, is just steps from the lake, and overall looks identical to the pictures on the listing, and the kitchen is stocked with seasonings. The main issue we had was that the house offers a grill and a firepit as amenities - but there was only one working propane tank when we arrived, so we couldn't use the grill and the firepit at the same time. We asked for additional propane even before the only tank ran out, but were told to go buy it ourselves and we would be reimbursed. The outdoor amenities were one of the main reasons we booked the house, but we felt there should be sufficient propane to use them.”

“When we arrived at the Airbnb we immediately noticed rodent poop along the glass doors behind the couch, on the side table in the living room and around the main living space. There were also bugs in the coffee maker swimming in the water. Along with bugs scattered throughout the home. The rodent droppings made us all on edge the entirety of our stay and we had to make sure our food was stored away up high in hopes that the rodents didn’t get to it.”
