“The property was a dream. The house was extremely clean, had everything you need to spend a wonderful time with family. My problem was with VACASA the property managing company. I didn’t get the code at checking and when I called I was told I had been banned from any vacasa property due to police reports of damaging property, when I had never used them before and my rating as a guest is excellent. It took over 2 hours on the phone to be told it was a mistake. Then the next day in the morning I was called by the local vacasa manager asking me to vacate the property for the same reason. She involved the sheriff and was absolutely rude. I explained that it was a mistake to look at the info from the previous night etc, she would not even consider it. The Chelan sherif was more understanding and gave me time to talk to the regional manager of vacasa. After about 3 hours on the phone they were able to fix the problem and figure out that it was a mistake and that it was NOT me.”

“Beautiful location and very relaxing. There was a it of confusion re code to get inside but once we called in the help was very responsive. The only thing that I wish they were flexible on is the check out time. It was super early at 10am and we were tired after a long bike ride. There was no accommodation provided for a late check out.”

“Over all we were happy with the place but a couple things kept from giving a 5 star rate. The descriptions said that essentials were provided. There was not enough toilet paper to last our stay. When we called, we were told they only provided what was there and we would have to purchase any additional. Never have stayed where we had to bring our own TP!! Also the downstairs bedrooms were extremely cold as there was no way to regulate the A/C downstairs. If you are sleeping downstairs, bring warm PJ's or a heater!! Probably would not stay there again.”
