“Due to record high hazardous air quality. My partner and I couldn't stay. I spoke with the host and was told I could reschedule to another date because a refund was unavailable. They have yet to get back to me. They weren't helpful or considerate. I will never airbnb with this host again.”

“Rented the place out for two nights with my six friends trying to have a good Leavenworth trip. First off, they listed the house as having a hot tub…. I paid for the hot tub and was charged for it as a feature. The pictures of the hot tub were in the listing when I purchased the two nights, but when we all got there we had realized that they had taken the picture off of the listing without telling us. We then found the hot tub on the patio non-operational. I had called the support number and the gentleman on the other end had first told me that we weren’t charged for the hot tub (gas lighting) but then later said that we were, and he would give us a $70.00 refund…. We never got the refund. When pressed, he had told us that there was nothing he could do and he was going to have the home owner contact us about the situation… I never received a call from anyone to get any sort of clarification or help/compensation. (Lousy review, can’t complain enough…too few characters available.”

“Spent a weekend here with 4 other friends. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the hot tub, beds were comfy and there was plenty of cookware and places to hangout on the property. A few things we noticed were there was a lot of dog poop that was not picked up from a previous stay. We picked up some piles along with our dog’s poop.”

“The forest and area the home is located are very pretty. Home was clean and hotub very nice. Good access to local parks, however kind of far from Leavenworth and other main hikes for summer activities. Probably good in winter. Home is really meant for family/ group stays. Some of the house features could use updating. Also very hot in summer.”
