“Unique home with a beautiful view and large yard. Great place to spend the weekend and explore Langley from!”

“The house was great with beautiful views, well-stocked kitchen, beach access a great plus. Unfortunately, though, dealing with AvantStay's customer service was less than ideal. We had two safety concerns come up (back door lock was broken, CO alarm battery dead) as well as cleanliness concerns upon check-in (dead flies on the windowsills, dirty pans with crusted-on food, noticeably damp towels in the bathrooms). We were told the field team would "address this as soon as possible," but we ended up just doing the cleaning ourselves and had to follow up multiple times over a few days to get the safety issues resolved. It was also confusing and annoying having to communicate with both their main office (via AirBnB) and their 'field team' (via text). They certainly did not go the extra mile to accommodate any of our requests, either--normally fine but just irritating on top of everything else. We will not be staying with AvantStay again.”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for what needed, it even included small details such as power strips near the nightstands so each person is able to charge all their devices overnight and children's plate ware. The view from the deck was beautiful and the neighborhood very peaceful. I would book this location again.”

“Three adult couples and two dogs had plenty of room and the dogs enjoyed playing in the fenced backyard. It is a newer private house with a large yard and a beautiful view. The only negatives were an unpleasant odor on the main level in particular in the primary walk-in closet and laundry room and there were several dog poops left behind in the backyard.”
