“I stayed for more than a month, but I stayed comfortably! It was good that it wasn‘t far to go to the grocery store or restaurant. I often went to Suniside Beach in 10 minutes by car! And it was good to get in touch with the host :)”

“This is great spot for outdoor fun, food spots, and close to I-5. The neighborhood is very quiet. Only problems we experienced was no communication on the broken ac prior to booking. They offered fans but only one worked properly. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Overall it was a good stay but could’ve been better.”

“The location is near parks, church & grocery. There are lots of roundabout so traffic is tolerable in the neighborhood. There is a designated parking . I suggest block curtains are used in the living room as we can’t watch TV because of the glare. The light in front of the door was unresolved. Day 2 I already informed that it should be replaced. I took picture and video per request. We checked out 22 days after nothing was done. The floor wood tiles have gaps prone to trip. We were there on a very hot week, the fans didn’t blow that much . The size of the unit is ok for 2 persons.”

“Very expensive for what you get, but it is an excellent location near a lot of activities and state parks. The aesthetic was pleasing and made us feel right at home. Laundry washer is two blocks away in another building, so plan on hauling laundry there. It can be difficult to find a time it isn’t being used”
