“The home was large, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The one issue during our stay was the shortage of bath towels—there were only three available for our group of 10 guests. Because we had a family event early the following morning and checked in late that evening, we contacted the hosts right away to request additional towels. Unfortunately, we did not receive a clear commitment that they would be delivered in time, so we purchased towels ourselves. After we followed up again, the host provided additional towels the following evening. While we appreciate their eventual response, having an adequate number of towels ready at check-in is a basic and important housekeeping detail that should not have been overlooked.”
