“Unfortunately the listing did not have air conditioning and the owners were not helpful in helping us resolve cooling the house when it was record temperatures in Seattle. There were no fans in the house until we went and purchased our own after almost a week of waiting on an Amazon shipment that ended up being a desk fan to cool and entire house. They refused to remedy or provide any refund for the incorrect listing. Of course the listing has been updated to exclude air conditioning since I complained. There were several other issues around maintenance that were not taken care of. Overall, this house is NOT worth the $15k we ended up paying for a month. While the customer service team (not located locally) was responsive, they did little to actually take care of the house.”
