“The location was great, but the facilities fell well short. Despite the listing allowing 12 guests, we were given only 8 large plates and just a few spoons. There was no microwave in the unit, and after calling twice, we were told to bring one up ourselves from somewhere downstairs. The stove kept cutting out and couldn't reliably heat food, which was especially difficult with elderly guests in our group — we ended up having to order food from outside. The host eventually apologized, and offered a $100 refund, but that didn't come close to covering the inconvenience we dealt with.”
