“This was a great spot for a spontaneous family trip. The layout was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of space across the downstairs and upstairs, and the location was great—conveniently situated between Fremont and Ballard. Spencer was also very responsive and helpful. After confirming there would be a Pack ’n Play at the Airbnb, we were unable to find it when we checked in. Spencer quickly realized his team had accidentally taken it to another property, so he immediately DoorDashed a new Pack ’n Play and fitted sheet for us. He communicated quickly throughout the process, and we really appreciated how thoughtfully and promptly he found a solution. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place for families!”

“This property is absolutely incredible. We visited from CO and wished we could've stayed longer. We brought our parents and couldn't get them to leave the main living room. The view is incredible, the location is perfect, and the North Admiral Neighborhood is really lovely. There was more than enough room for our group of 7. The ADU was a perfect space for our teenager. The finishes on the home are beautiful, we really can't say enough. It's a great jumping off point to explore the Seattle area. And the game room downstairs was a fun bonus that the whole family enjoyed. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! We feel really lucky that it was available when we visited.”

“Great spot for our girl's trip! The back yard views are great and we enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious for our group. Spencer was so communicative and helpful. It's on a steep hill so be warned. But the location was great and a quick drive to all the things we wanted to do!”
