“We enjoyed our stay! The place is right on the Hood Canal. We loved the view, the peacefulness, and the harbor seals that would swim around nearby. The house was generally pretty clean (and we liked the newer bathroom and kitchen), but it could really benefit from a little upkeep in regards to minor fixes/cleaning in the outside area and some spider control (there were quite a few spiders’ webs inside and spiders and their webs outside). Overall we really did like the views, location, and proximity to various rivers, hikes, etc.”

“I was excited for this rental, reviews were great and left high expectations. Once arrived was met with disappointment, yard was overgrown. Trash was full, front entrance was dirty and covered in cobwebs. Inside was okay, looked like the place had been empty awhile and not maintained. Deck was rundown, and was unsure how sturdy it was. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs every where. Downstairs bedroom and trash in the drawer, and something dripping down the wall. Outside patio was overgrown and all furniture was not usable. Was satin and covered in debris. There was broken glass on patio and other items on patio made it unsafe. Was staying here with my husband, grown daughter and 2 grandchildren, 2 & 12. Did not feel safe to have them outside. Photos looked so clean and well maintained. Hoped to spend nights outside with fire pit and s'mores. Kitchen faucet leaked. There were many board games, movies and Nintendo. Air hockey table and dart board were also broken. Was plenty space.”

“Great house with unbelievable views and tons of windows. We loved the multiple decks and lakeside areas, all the social spaces, large TV in the den, and comfy beds. Beautiful, quiet area that was great for walking or kayaking. Can't recommend enough and would love to come back.”
