“We had an absolutely lovely stay with our family of four. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the peaceful deck offered gorgeous views. It was a very private and relaxing experience, and the property had everything we needed. I did want to mention a few details for future guests. As others have noted, the parking is very tight, and we were barely able to fit our Tundra. Since the house is a few steps down from the parking area, unloading can be a bit challenging. Additionally, the 148 steep stairs down to the beach require careful attention, especially with children. That said, the beach is amazing and absolutely worth the trek. We found that checking the tide schedule was very helpful, as high tide leaves limited room to explore, but low tide was incredible.”

“This was the third time we have stayed at this beautiful home and can't wait to come back again. The pictures don't even come close to the beautifully serene and magical space this is. Coffee in the mornings down at the waterfront patio where you can see fishermen working on catching fresh fish for the day to watching bald eagles fly above to deer eating in the backyard with wild rabbits under foot is breathtaking. Nature surrounds you. Greenbank is centrally located on the island and an easy drive to many things to do on the island. We even enjoyed an outdoor play due to the Island Shakespeare Theater groups summer program. It was a delightful production of Robin Hood. The food on the island is mostly farm or sea to table and a delight for foodies. This home offers a consistent, high quality experience along with space for up to 8 people. The beds and living spaces are amazing and everyone slept luje a baby. We truly can't wait to come back!”

“Our only complaints were the dishwasher and bbq and doorknobs were broken, nothing to put leftovers in and only one extra paper towel. We were a party of 9, so having to wash dishes and not use the bbq was inconvenient, but other than that the place is amazing!”
