“We stayed at the 3 BR house, ‘The Tides’. Our reservation did not include the 2nd smaller independent unit. We needed to clarify with the property mgmt. company, that we only needed the 3BR on the property. Communicating our property request and making a date change took a bit of time as it goes through a property mgmt company (AI bot ?) who stated any changes needed approval by AirBnB. Meanwhile, AirBnB stated any changes needed to be made by the owner. Got a bit confusing, but in the end it all worked out. Great house, with some 1970’s charm and really incredible water front view . Loved how quiet it was and having access to a kayak on the property. The plumbing had a few issues, but we just timed our hot water use so showers, laundry and/or dishwashing was not done simultaneously. Would return again!”

“As advertised and a beautiful location. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, perhaps the firmest and worst one we’ve ever slept on. We ended up buying a bunch of pillows to use to put on top of the mattress so we could sleep, even fitfully. I’m sure some people like firm mattresses but this was like a brick and it’s worth pointing out. However, everything else was exceptional and the house was impeccably clean. Lovely location and very peaceful!”
