“We hosted our family of four generations for for days. Youngest ones loved the loft and the oldest the bottom floor. Lovely landscaping and decorations inside.”

“3/5 — Great location, but needs some maintenance attention. Loved the proximity to the beach, ample parking, and plenty of beds/towels for our large group. Fun bonus: a CD collection and nice stereo system to enjoy during the stay. That said, several issues held it back: one floor of the living area smelled strongly of dog urine, we had no wifi the entire stay, the kitchen sink drained poorly with a non-functional garbage disposal, we found a dead bird on the patio, and one bathroom wasn’t restocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Housekeeping seemed to only vacuum and make the beds without addressing much else. We were lacking linens for some of the extra beds. The management team was kind enough to offer a discount for the lack of wifi, but we were left to deal with the sink and bird issues for the weekend. Great potential for a group getaway, but needs some upkeep and more thorough cleaning between guests.”

“I would not stay again. The house had no air conditioning and was so hot when we got there. The neighborhood was awful. A bunch of run down houses, a motel, and an RV graveyard. The house was hidden behind a drive way of bushes. The couch was broken, all appliances were from the 70’s, the mattresses were also probably from the 70’s, and there were spider webs EVERYWHERE.”

“Our family of 4 enjoyed the quiet town for a few days. The beach is pretty quiet and so is the neighborhood. Booking this unit you will have the bottom half of the house. There isn’t a view from the home. The beds are hard but everything is clean and well kept. The local grocer is so friendly!”
