“Great stay in a cute old house.”

“Dealing w a conglomerate company isn’t always fun, they weren’t flexible on late checkout, there was a smell in the place, had no body wash. Good location close to ferry terminal but I wished we went somewhere w better customer service and an updated house.”

“This was a wonderful house for our large group of adults and kids of varying ages. There was ample room to lounge, play, read, and eat. The kitchen and dining was stocked really well (though we wished there was a bread knife and kitchen shears). We loved that there were kids toys, high chairs, and pack n plays. The house did get very hot and we had trouble with the thermostats but opening windows helped. The grounds are beautiful and were fun for the kids to collect flowers and play fairies. Our main complaint is that the commutation from Vacasa was quite poor due to the fact that Vacasa now uses AI bots to answer questions. We had to press for more accurate information and only then did we get a better response, but not consistently. It would have been nice to just speak to a person. I’m sure the house hosts are lovely! They left us sparkling cider to celebrate our weekend. I wish we could have connected directly with them. Otherwise the house is great!”
