“Overall a good stay. The house was as pictured although listed services were never executed. I requested garbage pick up four different times and they never came to pick up or give us more trash bags. We didn’t always feel that staff was the kindest or most well informed but they responded to texts quickly. The house was great.”

“This property was one of our favorites in Suncadia. Its location could not be more convenient being just steps away from Suncadia Social, the swimming pool, and the spa. It’s in the heart of all the activities Suncadia has to offer and in a brand new neighborhood that is quickly becoming the new social hub of the resort. This home was incredibly clean, has beautiful decor and furnishings, and was the perfect size for us and our 3 kids. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back. We highly recommend for those looking for walkability and being close to all the fun amenities!”

“I’d still rate the stay positively overall. The outdoor space was the highlight, with a beautiful fire pit, comfortable seating, and a lovely casita. However, at over $1,000 per night (plus taxes and fees), we expected a more premium experience. The home had the basics but felt very minimally equipped. The cookware was sub par for making a meal for 7. The oven wasn’t working properly (we only had use of the broiler), and one of the upstairs beds was lopsided needs to be replaced. Also, although early check-in was presented as a possibility and we were advised at 1pm that the home was in the final stages of cleaning, we stopped by around 2:00 p.m. and the house appeared ready, yet we didn’t receive access until just before the standard 4:00 p.m. check-in. With a baby, that made for a long afternoon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt the quality and attention to detail didn’t quite match the price. that”
