“We loved the house! All the beds were very comfortable, plenty of space, and the kids loved the game room.”

“The house was very nice and extremely spacious. It had a lot of utensils, cups, glasses, and everything we needed for cooking and hanging out. There were plenty of fun activities both inside and outside the house, and the large driveway was very convenient. There were a couple of small issues when we first arrived. We were not given the correct door code at the beginning, but we were able to troubleshoot it and get everything figured out within about 30 minutes. Also, the bathrooms did not have toilet paper set out, but it was provided in the house and we just had to put it in ourselves. Besides those small things, everything was very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable, the backyard was great, and the hot tub worked perfectly. The fire pit was also a great addition. The dishwasher worked great as well. Overall, it was a great stay and a really nice house.”

“Suncadia Resort was a pleasant surprise. Never having been to the resort and not sure what to expect, it was fun to find they had even more amenities than we knew of! Lots of activities to keep the kids occupied and having fun. The house was great! Lots of supplies for an easy stay! Kitchen was stocked with items, games and puzzles and plenty of towels and blankets. The resort amenities included were well worth the price. The pools, playgrounds and winery were our favorite part!”

“loved the house, and location. very clean, right in the middle of everything but still very private. Dogs had a great time in fenced in yard, family had a great time in garage filled with games. would definitely rent again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay with the following exceptions- No coffee filters for the coffee pot No place to put garbage when it was full. The instructions said to put garbage in a bin but there wasn’t one on the property that we could find. The clerk at the Lodge where you have to check in was unable to contact the housekeeping staff to request early check in. We were about an hour early and waited outside for an hour for the housekeeper to come pick up a large bag of garbage and a large bag of linens from in front of the front door. The house had been ready the whole time. Other than that, our stay was great. We had been to different Suncadia locations before. They do well. Some of the family was able to enjoy the pool and facilities and loved it.”

“Hello, I am writing to inform you about several cleanliness issues we noticed upon our arrival at the property. The oven and the barbecue grill were very dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves before being able to use them. Additionally, some basic supplies were missing, such as garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and table napkins. We also noticed a significant amount of hair, dust, and spider webs/insects in different areas of the property, which caused discomfort and did not meet reasonable cleanliness expectations. “This rental was a bummer! It wasn’t as well equipped as most Suncadia rentals. Had to ask for toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc a couple times. Didn’t have a working vacuum or even a broom. Had excessive pet hair in carpets. Oven had a spill in it and smoked excessively when we used it. We came during the holidays and the some of the tree lights weren’t working as well as all the garland lights were out. Nothing catastrophic, but we expect more for a pricey rental:(”
