“Had a wonderful time! Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Overall a good stay. The house was as pictured although listed services were never executed. I requested garbage pick up four different times and they never came to pick up or give us more trash bags. We didn’t always feel that staff was the kindest or most well informed but they responded to texts quickly. The house was great.”

“This property was one of our favorites in Suncadia. Its location could not be more convenient being just steps away from Suncadia Social, the swimming pool, and the spa. It’s in the heart of all the activities Suncadia has to offer and in a brand new neighborhood that is quickly becoming the new social hub of the resort. This home was incredibly clean, has beautiful decor and furnishings, and was the perfect size for us and our 3 kids. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back. We highly recommend for those looking for walkability and being close to all the fun amenities!”

“This was a great stay for a couples’ retreat. Bed was super comfortable. Pleased with all the amenities and close proximity to resort amenities as well. Quiet and private.”

“I’d still rate the stay positively overall. The outdoor space was the highlight, with a beautiful fire pit, comfortable seating, and a lovely casita. However, at over $1,000 per night (plus taxes and fees), we expected a more premium experience. The home had the basics but felt very minimally equipped. The cookware was sub par for making a meal for 7. The oven wasn’t working properly (we only had use of the broiler), and one of the upstairs beds was lopsided needs to be replaced. Also, although early check-in was presented as a possibility and we were advised at 1pm that the home was in the final stages of cleaning, we stopped by around 2:00 p.m. and the house appeared ready, yet we didn’t receive access until just before the standard 4:00 p.m. check-in. With a baby, that made for a long afternoon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt the quality and attention to detail didn’t quite match the price. that”

“Home was beautiful and close to gym, pool, and the new social shops. Home was mis-advertised by saying “pools.” You do not have access to the Nelson Pond pool, only the main gym. This is not clear, and we paid extra to have full member access. Nelson pond is only for owners. The bedrooms only have privacy shades, so we were wide awake at 5 am- so bright. We talked to the front desk about some solutions, but only gave us a 1 hour bike pass- with no intentions of making changes. We also showed up after 5pm, and our home was not ready (was suppose to be ready at 4). We were instructed to not wait in the driveway and that someone would contact us when it was ready, with no feedback of how long it would be. Home was comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. Suncadia could have made efforts to make all of their accommodations meet the same standards.”

“Home is beautiful and very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed being walking distance to all things and also having the shuttle as an option.”

“We love suncadia, and this was the first time we rented through suncadia management. Overall, everything was fine, but I would say check in wasn’t as smooth as when you go direct through an owner and the house was much less stocked. It seems as though the air conditioning was also locked so that the air couldn’t go below 71, which meant the upstairs was like 80. It was just too hot to sleep comfortably. We still had a good time, but unclear if we’ll go through the management comp again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay with the following exceptions- No coffee filters for the coffee pot No place to put garbage when it was full. The instructions said to put garbage in a bin but there wasn’t one on the property that we could find. The clerk at the Lodge where you have to check in was unable to contact the housekeeping staff to request early check in. We were about an hour early and waited outside for an hour for the housekeeper to come pick up a large bag of garbage and a large bag of linens from in front of the front door. The house had been ready the whole time. Other than that, our stay was great. We had been to different Suncadia locations before. They do well. Some of the family was able to enjoy the pool and facilities and loved it.”

“This rental was a bummer! It wasn’t as well equipped as most Suncadia rentals. Had to ask for toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc a couple times. Didn’t have a working vacuum or even a broom. Had excessive pet hair in carpets. Oven had a spill in it and smoked excessively when we used it. We came during the holidays and the some of the tree lights weren’t working as well as all the garland lights were out. Nothing catastrophic, but we expect more for a pricey rental:(”
