“This house was perfect for our family reunion ! Great location to enjoy the lake . Spacious Clean comfortable beds. We liked all the porches at different levels. Very good place for large groups!”

“This place was great for the price and distance to Lake Chelan. The road was blocked off when we arrived, so it took us a while to get there. In the description, they mentioned having two parking spots, but there was a car in the other spot so we had to park on the side next to the trash. When we got there, the lockbox was loose and it was really hard to press in the numbers and get the keys. We were also having trouble talking to the host because it seemed like an AI was talking to us. We wish that this place had more blankets and towels for cleaning so we could leave the place spotless. The host also does not do any accommodations whatsoever. The back patio door also does not lock. Overall it was fine given we went with a group of eight people, and it was able to fit all of us and the view of the balcony is beautiful.”

“The owner of the Airbnb is so nice. The manager of the location is not. We came with 6 people but met up with two more, we essentially got kicked out of the place because we couldn’t have visitors. There were no other guests in this whole condo area. The parking lot was empty yet we had to move our car a few spaces from its spot. The manager seemed power hungry and got upset because we didn’t “check in” to get our parking passes, but the office was closed when we got there. The Airbnb was not cleaned, we were covered in dog hair. The bed did not have sheets on them or a clean comforter, the pillows still had the last guests cases on them. The dishes had crumbs all over them. The coffee machine was broken. There are rules posted everywhere here which makes it seem like people party a lot and break things but that’s not why we came, but how we were treated. Manager rides around on his golf cart everywhere patrolling. The beach is so nice but I felt like we couldn’t even use it.”
