“Things we loved about the property: Very comfortable beds that slept our entire group comfortably with a lot of space. Quiet location with pretty views and close access to many different small beaches we enjoyed. Great back yard for family to enjoy outside, play games, etc. Things we didn't love: The home was dated and had a very interesting layout. We were unable to get into the property for about an hour due to the lock boxes not working and having the incorrect codes for the door. It had a lot of stairs, so I would NOT recommend for elderly or very young children, you could not use a bathroom or bedroom without going up or down stairs. Only half of the stove worked in house A. Lots of stains on the floors and furniture. The lawn service came at 7:45 am and woke up everyone.”

“The home was perfect for our family reunion. Unfortunately, none of the multiple access codes and instructions that I received in the portal and then as a text worked to provide entry to either home. They really need to do something to fix that. Give your guests the correct access codes from the beginning. A long day of travel to be met with frustration and panic late in the evening is not pleasant. The stairs can be tricky. Make sure if you book that all of your guests can handle multiple levels of steps and stairs. The backyard was great! There were a pair of Bald Eagles that entertained us throughout our stay. It was a nice value for both homes for our large group. We had a great time! Neighbors are very nice.”

“We’ve stayed here the last two years and it was beautiful but this time around the house needed a lot of maintenance. Felt like things were just falling apart around us. Another concern was that water was leaking out of light fixtures on the first floor. We love the location and wished the house was up kept.”
