Blueground in Washington

“Perfect location to walk around Bellevue. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Check in and out was very straightforward and easy.”

“Good place to stay for the location and spaciousness of the unit. A few things of note: - seemed a bit sparse of useful items (like kitchen towels/cloths for drying dishes; some cutlery was broken/chipped etc and so unusable) - the people who currently live above the unit are very noisy (I assumed it was small kids running around, but it didn’t seem to stop). Worth keeping in mind for fellow people who WFH - location is good, walkable, and near some lovely restaurants. Plus good access to the i5 - blueground said there was no available parking, but after speaking with the Leasing Team, we were able to get a parking spot easily”

“Blueground is very organized but at times I felt communication was lacking. The QR code to get my keys to the apartment did not work and after driving all the way from eastern Washington I had to wait on an associate to get back to me with a working code. There was also initially a miscommunication about my parking space after I had already paid in advance for one. Also, a neighboring apartment flooded and I was not communicated to at all about what was going on. Blueground offered me to move into another unit at cost to me for the increased price so instead I opted to stay in my unit that had construction on and off for about two weeks during my stay. For as much as I was paying for the place I was staying I would unfortunately say it was not worth the price with the lack of communication and effort by Blueground.”

“Great stay in downtown Seattle. The location was very convenient—just a short walk to the library, plenty of restaurants, and lots of places to explore nearby. Everything felt accessible, which made getting around easy without needing a car. Perfect spot if you want to be in the middle of the city and enjoy what Seattle has to offer. Highly recommended!”
