“Very nice place, beautiful view of the ocean. This Airbnb is run through a management company, and while we were staying there the first night we crawled into bed to find our sheets soaking wet. We spoke with the management company right away however they never gave us a resolution or response after hearing what had happened. Later after our stay they discounted the cleaning fee. Overall was not happy with the management company but loved the location and our stay.”

“This stay was great, the location was so close to absolutely everything birch bay has to offer and the balcony faced directly to the sunset every evening which was perfect. The only thing that turned us off was the cleanliness. There was trash left in the down stairs bed room, the curtains in the restroom were really dirty, the carpet had stains, and the dishes in the cupboard were very dirty. We were able to look passed these things but it did bother us when we checked in.”
