“This was hands down the worst Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. We booked last minute before midnight, and the host accepted our request right away—but that’s where the good stuff ended. First off, the listing had the completely wrong address. They literally posted their neighbor’s house as the property location on Airbnb! Once we finally tracked down the actual place, overgrown weeds blocked the entire walkway, and there was no sign anywhere to mark Unit B. To make it worse, the smart lock was totally dead with zero battery. We tried reaching the host repeatedly—texts went unanswered, calls straight to voicemail. We only got inside because we luckily had a portable power bank to jump-charge the lock. Once we settled in, the AC made such an unbearably loud racket we could barely sleep all night. On top of that, the bathroom faucet was broken too. Total nightmare, cannot recommend at all.”
